Financial Discipleship – the Bible on TaxesSample

Meditate on today's Scripture. Study some of the other verses on taxes that we’ve explored over the past several days (Titus 3:1, Romans 13:1, Matthew 22:21) and when you’re ready, let’s spend the last few moments in self-reflection:
- Am I content because of who sits in office and comfortable with how they’re appropriating the monies they’ve received from me?
- Or am I content because I trust God will see me through?
- Do I trust my financial circumstances will be all right because of who is in office and what they decide on taxes?
- Or do I trust my financial circumstances will be all right because I know the Lord will provide?
