Psalm 62 reminds us to find rest and refuge in God alone. David confidently proclaims, “Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.” In life’s uncertain moments, when everything else seems unstable, the Holy Spirit strengthens our hearts, reminding us that God is our sure foundation, steadfast and unmovable.

In John 13, Jesus speaks to His disciples about the coming betrayal and denial, preparing them for the trials ahead. Despite the knowledge of His suffering and others’ weaknesses, He chooses to love, showing unshaken confidence in God’s redemptive plan. The Spirit invites us to rest in this same trust, holding onto God’s faithfulness even when circumstances don’t make sense.

Today, ask the Holy Spirit to anchor your trust in God, especially in areas where fear or uncertainty may be holding you back. Embrace His peace, knowing that God is your rock and fortress. As you surrender your doubts, let His strength fill you, empowering you to walk forward in faith and confidence.
