How big do you think the world’s biggest puzzle would be? 500 pieces? 1,000 pieces? 10,000 pieces? The biggest puzzle in the world has over 32,000 pieces! This huge puzzle is a gigantic challenge. When it’s finished, it measures over 5 meters wide (18 feet) and 2 meters high (6 feet). Now that’s a big picture!

God can see the big picture of our lives. When we’re doing a puzzle, we usually look at the picture on the box to see what it should look like when it’s finished. In life we don’t know what the finished product is going to look like. We can’t see the big picture. But God can. God knows the big picture, from creation until the end of the world. God’s plan is way bigger than what we see in our lifetime. He knows what has happened and what is to come.

When we look at our piece in God’s plan, our little puzzle shape might have a few strokes of colour and we may not be able to see how it fits into the bigger picture. What we do know is that God has it all planned out.

We can trust God and obey Him. He leads us into His perfect plan for our lives and helps us play our part in His big picture.
