Devotional: The “pay it forward” movement has jumped from town to town over the years with random people initiating an act of kindness in a drive-thru by paying for the person behind them. News outlets have reported that same act of kindness repeated over and over for hours on end; people generously paying for the person behind them.
Jesus demonstrated the ultimate “pay it forward’ on the cross. It was at calvary that He paid for all of our sins. But that isn’t where it ends! Hebrews reminds us that we share in all that belongs to Christ. Everything that He has, we have. The hope of salvation, mental and physical healing, and endless provision all belong to us simply because we have surrendered our lives to Christ.
