The Bible is for all generations. We can find hope in the word of God. We also find it in the example of those who endure suffering, all while holding onto truth and righteousness. There’s no greater example of this than Jesus. He showed himself to be meek and lowly in spirit. Jesus calls his followers to have the same disposition. All our actions should give glory to God.
Pray:
Lord, thank you for your word and how it teaches me about those who live with suffering. Let me see the suffering of others through the lens of your son, Jesus. Help me to reach out with compassion to the suffering, just as Jesus reaches out to me. Amen.

About this Plan
