This story demonstrates that Christ is sovereign, and however insignificant the means may appear in and of themselves, they are divinely successful when he chooses to work by them. Lord, open my eyes! Restore my sight so that I can see everything clearly from your divine perspective. I long to experience and demonstrate the fullness of the gospel of peace. Please do your work in me. Amen.
