“Who is this?!”

God set about describing Himself in Isaiah 40, and He set man a challenge - "There is none you can compare me to, there is none like me, I am beyond understanding – try to measure the stars with your fingers or hold the waters of the earth in the hollow of your hand or weigh the islands of the earth.” A story of Jesus is told in Mark 4:35-41 where a storm and wind and waves are stilled when He spoke! The only response was “Who is this?!” There is none like our God. We cannot begin to describe how amazing our God is, but Psalm 113 tries! However, the Psalm quickly gets to the same point as the disciples of Jesus…“who is like the Lord?!” Psalm 113 speaks line after line of the amazing works of God. It is a unique Psalm as it is not asking God for anything, it is simply 100% praise. Take a few minutes to not just read it, but to pray it! Use the Psalm as a way to worship our God.

Vs 7-9: Who does God show His kindness to? If these are people God cares for, how can we join Him in showing them His kindness?
