United in Prayer

Devotion: Since the early church, Christians have prayed with one another. Praying together shows different facets of Christ. And heartfelt prayers from others provide fresh glimpses into the work of God. We see how He provides and intimately relates to us and desires us to go hard after Him with our needs. We need to hear each other boldly approach the throne of God, so we can remember we don’t do ministry alone. We carry one another’s burdens together before Him.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for how You have made Yourself known through the ages. I am grateful for how You listen to Your children. I pray for my brothers and sisters in Christ to faithfully support their missionaries through prayer. Show us where we need to serve. Help us find a missionary family or families we can uplift, support, and encourage through our prayers.
