Devotion: God has called us to stay on course—remain focused on Him—with an eternal perspective in mind knowing that we serve a God whose ways are not like ours. With this single-minded persistence, we must keep pressing forward in our service to the Lord, regardless of whatever difficulty stands against us.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for providing a way for me to stay focused on You through Jesus. Help me keep an eternal perspective in mind as I go through my day. I pray for Jared and Jennifer as they press on and help them find favor within the military bases, the community, and military personnel. Father, please prepare hearts for the gospel, so their church will grow. Increase our faith so that we too “can testify to the gospel of God’s grace.”
