Amer and Vicky Safadi: The Gospel in Their Heart Language

Devotion: Connecting our faith with our actions and our care for those in need with our walk with God provides the power, passion, and momentum to fully engage in the work God has prepared for us to do. God gave us the gift of salvation by grace through Christ and wants us to be drawn to mercy—having compassion for those in need. We all have opportunities to help people—to unite with our brothers and sisters in Christ and to show the unbelieving world the love of God.

Prayer: God, thank you for your Son Jesus and for entrusting us to care for one another. Lord, I pray for the Safadis and the Arabic-speaking people they serve. Lord, bring them more people in need of Your love and help them meet their needs. I pray for the Arabic church in Cincinnati as it continues to grow and as they unite with other believers to reach the city and beyond.
