The Bible for Kids

DAY 4 OF 6

How can kids learn from the Bible? Here are some tips.

Find the best Bible for you. There are lots of Bibles. A grown-up can help you choose one that you can understand.

Pray. Ask God to use the Bible to help you live for Him.

Read together. Read the Bible with someone to help you understand it.

Read about Jesus. Ask a grown-up to help you find stories about Jesus so you can see how He lived.

Meditate. Think quietly about what you read in the Bible.

Ask questions. If you have a question, ask it! Find a trusted adult who can help you.

Talk Together

  • Challenge: Who can say the Bible verse and do the motions the fastest?
  • What is your favorite way to learn from the Bible?

Pray Together

God, thank You for giving us the Bible. Please use it to help us live for You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Read Together

Read the Bible verse for today. Take turns sharing what it makes you think about. Ask each other any questions it makes you think of.

Note: If you read the verse in a translation that’s different from the one used in the video, talk about what is the same and what is different in each translation.
