MY NEEDS:
There are two things I need in my life right now. Only two. With these two things I will get through these difficult circumstances with at least a measure of victory.
Need #1: The ability to meet this situation head-on with some wisdom, some strength, some composure. I feel so completely inadequate, so frustrated, so hemmed in on every side. I simply cannot do it!
Need #2: Some relief from the pressure that is being exerted against me as I struggle with this issue. I am almost a basket case. I react to every little irritation that comes my way. I just really don't know how much longer I can take this stress!
Just those two things, Lord, just those two.
MY ANSWER:
May you know more and more of grace and peace as your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord grows deeper.
