I love this story about Rahab and how it reminds us that God can use anyone to do big things for him. Rahab chose to trust God over her fear of being caught hiding the spies. She chose to trust that God will be there for her. Fear can be a terrible thing to deal with and manage. Fear can cause us to stop trusting God and to start worrying about what could happen.
Do you ever find yourself dealing with fear and worry? How do you respond when fear and worry start to creep into your mind? What I love about Rahab is that she chose to trust instead of choosing to worry. How can you start to do the same? Where do you need to trust God with your fears and give him control?
Challenge
Today, we challenge you to identify one fear or worry that you have and choose to trust God with it. Every time you start to worry about that fear read Philippians 4:6, then stop and talk to God. You can talk to God about your fears and worries anytime and anywhere. Choose to trust him with them today.

The Bible is filled with men and women who are great examples of what it looks like to follow God. They were ordinary people who did extraordinary things. In this plan, we'll take a look at some of these heroes of the Bible to see what we can learn from them.
