God Bless Our Land

Psalm 33:12a

Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord.

This beautiful Psalm was written by King David. He must have witnessed during his time, the difference between the nations that worshipped the true God and the nations that worshipped the false gods. He must have seen how God’s mighty hands protected the nations that depended on Him.

King David must have learned that in order to survive, he should not depend on his great army, horses, or his own strength. Likewise, we are not saved by our own strength or kindness. We are protected and saved by God. He watched over us from heaven to protect and take care of us.

You are not too young to start praying for your nation. Pray for the land where you are staying. Pray for the city where you are living. Pray for the place where you are studying. Pray so that revival can take place there. Pray that the people and the government always turn their heart to God. May our land always be blessed, protected, and prosperous.

Dear God, I pray for my land _________ . You are the way, the truth, and the life. May Your face shine on my land. Amen.
