“The Time is Now” READY Have you ever been in this situation? You want to tell your friends about your faith, but you’re always unsure of the timing. So you would often find yourself in a conversation with your friends while asking God to give you a sign if it's the time to speak up. “Lord, if he asks me about church, I’ll share.” So many Christians have this tendency. We wait for a “sign” or “confirmation” from God before obeying the commands He clearly gave in the Bible. Peter didn’t do that.This whole situation wasn’t in his plans. Remember, he and John were just going to the temple to pray. But then God healed the lame man and a crowd gathered. Maybe Peter shrugged and thought, “I might as well preach. They’re all here!” And this unplanned, unexpected, unprepared Gospel presentation resulted in thousands being added to the church. It's time to stop making excuses. It's time to step out in faith. You never know what the Holy Spirit is doing. Our job is to obey. Be ready to share the Gospel whether the timing feels perfect or not, and you will see many people come to know Jesus through your life. This will work because God’s Word is powerful, because the Holy Spirit is in you, and because God loves the world. SET Are there times when you know you have preach the gospel right away? Did you take the opportunity or delayed it? GO When the opportunity arises, dont wait fot the youth service. Share the gospel right away.
