Get the appUpsidedown Kingdom - Lessons from the Sermon on the MountSample
In Luke's account of the sermon on the mount, Jesus gives more good advice. He says, "the amount you give will determine the amount you get back." And that goes for both generosity AND for judgement. Jesus says that we are to worry about our own stuff - the logs in our eyes, before we start worrying about specks in each other's.
As you read the following scripture, take a few moments to meditate on the word of God, then respond to the following questions:
- What has God revealed to you about His kingdom?
- What has God revealed to you about the King?
- What has God revealed to you about being a citizen of the new kingdom?
- Now, ask the Holy Spirit to provide you opportunities to live into God's kingdom today!
