Upsidedown Kingdom - Lessons from the Sermon on the MountSample
Like we read in yesterday's passage, it's not enough to not judge someone. We can not judge someone and still carry around bitterness in our hearts towards them. But Jesus has always been after heart transformation and sometimes transforming our hearts requires putting ourselves in the other person's shoes and coming alongside them in very tangible ways in order to help them get back on the right path to following Jesus.
As you read the following scripture, take a few moments to meditate on the word of God, then respond to the following questions:
- What has God revealed to you about His kingdom?
- What has God revealed to you about the King?
- What has God revealed to you about being a citizen of the new kingdom?
- Now, ask the Holy Spirit to provide you opportunities to live into God's kingdom today!

About this Plan
In the world that we live in, things are not as they should be. One might even say they are upside down. However, the good news is that Jesus came to turn this world right side up. What if our eyes were opened to the REALITY that the kingdom of heaven is in fact here?
