Send Me
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Heaven’s armies; The whole earth is filled with Your glory” (Isaiah 6:1-8) declared the angels surrounding the Lord’s throne, shaking the temple in which Isaiah stood. This is one of the most powerful pictures of Heavenly worship found in scripture.
Having seen first-hand that God's power and glory floods every part of Heaven and every corner of the earth, Isaiah is confronted with his own short comings. Not only his, but mankind’s. Then, as his eyes are opened to the goodness of God, Isaiah’s focus shifts from his confusion and uncertainty, to a place of surrender and worship – joining in with the angels.
Then he heard the Lord ask the big question, “Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?”
Having experienced both the majesty and grace of God in the face of his failures, Isaiah’s response was, “Here I am, Send Me”. The ultimate act of worship.
“Here I am, Lord send me. I am Yours, Lord send me. All I am, my whole life. I am Yours, Lord send me.” - ‘Send Me’ by Calvary Worship
We have all been called. Jesus’ final words on earth were to call us to be His messengers to all people. The great commission is our send-off. When we put our hand up to say, “Here I am, send me”, it’s not to ask for a mission, it is to accept the one Jesus has already set before us and to ask for the faith to step into whatever season is ahead.
We’ve been saved and set apart for a reason. Not to be a trophy on a shelf, but to send us to places we couldn’t have gone as part of the crowd. Will you be bold? Will you allow ‘all you are’ and ‘your whole life’ to be used for God’s glory, to step into all that He has planned for you? Knowing God's character and understanding His power is enough to set our sights ahead and boldly take those steps of faith we would otherwise have been hesitant to take.
HERE I AM LORD, SEND ME. No matter who you are or what your situation looks like, God has a plan for your life and has called you for great things. As you go about your day, ask God to open your eyes to the opportunities He’s set before you and to fill your heart with courage and faith to step into them.

About this Plan
On Good Friday, the executioners tormented Jesus with a crown of thorns, a robe and a staff, feigning worship in a mock ceremony. In the upside-down Kingdom, what was intended to cut Jesus down, merely reflected what was really taking place: Christ’s Coronation Ceremony as the King of Kings. Come and explore the scriptures and heartbeat of CalvaryWorship.Global’s new album, ‘Coronation (Come & See)’ in this 10-day devotional.
