I’ve got the Gospel running through my veins

We are called to reflect and represent Him in every sphere of influence He places us in - and that starts in our homes. Our public life and ministry is an overflow of what we are cultivating within the confines of our dwelling places.

Life begins at home. Surrender begins at home. Obedience begins at home. Prayer begins at home. Worship begins at home. Reading the Bible begins at home. Serving begins at home. Personally knowing God begins at home.

The way we live in front of others should mirror the way we live in private, when no one else is around. Believers are called to a life of integrity; a set standard that stays the same no matter what space or place we find ourselves in.

We were not created for compromise. We were not created for double standards. We were not created to live the life of a chameleon, blending in with whatever environment surrounds us. We were created to be atmosphere changers, world influencers and nation shakers.

The Gospel is the power of God that brings salvation. Salvation not only spares us from the penalty and consequences of sin, but it also gives us the ability to live a life filled with passion, power and purpose.

His power is released to the world through His people.

We all have a part to play, and just like Jesus sent His disciples out with power, He is sending us out with power, too. The disciples left behind all that they knew to follow Him. They were the original ones who sold out for the cause of Christ.

Are you a yielded vessel, willing to be used in whatever capacity He sees fit?

Our daily prerogative is to pick up our cross, deny ourselves and follow Him. It doesn’t matter what the world says - it only matters what God says. If God says yes, we say yes. If God says no, we say no. He calls the shots; we trust and obey.

Powerful things happen when God’s people pray, worship, preach, prophesy, share their testimony and live a sold out life that glorifies and honors Him in every way.
