Have you ever known someone or heard about someone who had a radical life-changing story like Paul? Jesus rocked his world! Look at Acts 9:18-22.

Depending on what translation you are using, you might see words like IMMEDIATELY, AMAZED, and PROVING. Paul was so changed by Jesus that he couldn’t hold back! He IMMEDIATELY started telling people about Jesus. He did it in such a way that everyone who heard him was AMAZED. He didn’t just tell people; he was PROVING to them that Jesus is the Christ.

GO DEEP

Your story might not include blindness or scales falling off your eyes, but your story does matter. Even a story of growing up going to church and just knowing the presence of Jesus was always near you could help someone who is questioning if God is real. Spend the next few minutes writing in your journal about a time you knew, without a doubt, that Jesus is the Christ. What happened? Who was with you? What did you feel? How were you encouraged? Who did you tell?

BE BOLD

Maybe you don’t have a story yet. Do you want one? Write a short letter to Jesus and ask Him to show up. Remember Jesus can speak to you in so many ways. It might not look like Paul’s story, but you can have a beautiful encounter with Jesus too. Sometimes we can feel Jesus’ presence when we read the Bible, out in nature, through a song or a thought that He puts in our minds. He loves you and He wants to be with you. Tell Him you want that, too.
