In Jeremiah 42, we see the people seeking God’s guidance, a reminder of our need to rely on Him fully rather than on our own understanding. Faith requires surrender, a letting go of our desire to control outcomes and trusting God’s wisdom above our own. Our faith journey, with all its highs and lows, becomes a testimony to God’s steady hand at work.
Today, ask the Holy Spirit to deepen your faith. Surrender your fears and uncertainties, trusting in God’s divine plan. May your walk of faith be an inspiration to others, drawing them to the hope and assurance that only God can provide.
