The Gift of Rest
Jesus, we thank you for your gift of rest. We acknowledge how much we need this gift and we come to you.
Jesus offers us rest as a gift: ‘I will give you’. To receive this gift we are invited to come to Him. Come to Him with our weary bodies, our worried minds, and our spent emotions. Over the next forty days, we will seek to do just that.
