Emotions serve as messengers, conveying important information to us. They tell you something about what’s happening inside your heart. The anger may stem from a place of hurt. Perhaps the fear is rooted in insecurity. When you take the time to name your emotions, you’re creating space to explore what’s underneath.

As you name what you feel, invite God into that space. Let Him help you see the deeper layers, the wounds, or the needs that lie beneath. A quiet moment of awareness without judgment. It’s about understanding what’s going on inside so that you can heal.
