Dangerous Prayers

DAY 2 OF 21

MAKE ME BOLD

Four years ago, my world shattered. I chose to leave a toxic, demanding belief system, my community, my friends, and even some of my family. I was lost, and I thought I had lost God, too. But what I didn't see then and fully see now is that God has shown up for me more in the last 4 years than I could have ever imagined. He has given me the courage to say "yes" to countless opportunities. I would never have had the confidence to say yes to these things in my past life. Jesus has renewed me with His unfailing love and support.

March 12th, 2023, is my new birthday; it's the day I gave my life fully to Him and chose to trust His plan for me. I have been on Cornwall Church staff for over a year, which has been the greatest blessing. The more I open my heart, the more BOLD God makes me. My husband and I even opened up at the recent marriage retreat, and 31 other couples helped us solve a 17-year-long argument. TALK ABOUT vulnerable! When we are vulnerable and authentic and pray for those opportunities, Jesus will show up and work in ways we never thought possible.

How would your life change if you invited Jesus in and asked Him to make you “BOLD”?

About this Plan

Dangerous Prayers

In His most familiar prayer, Jesus uttered a four-word "dangerous prayer:" "Your will be done" (Matthew 6:10). It takes trust in God's goodness and faithfulness to pray for His will in our lives. I want to invite you to have the same heart and desire as Jesus and to follow His lead in these four words: "Your will be done."
