REACHING FOR YOUR DREAM

"One day in the future, every house in this world will use a computer and Windows will be the operating system.” That was the dream of a young man who is now the richest person in the world, Bill Gates. (Forbes, 2017) During that time, a lot of people doubted his dream but with hard work, Bill Gates was able to answer those doubts. Currently, Windows is the most popular operating system in the world and Windows is leading the world with a market share of 90% (Netmarketshare, May 2017).  

When he was 40 years old, Caleb, the son of Yefune, was one of the twelve that were sent by Moses to spy over the land of Canaan. Because he believed in God’s promises, God allowed him to enter the land of Canaan. The dreams came true in Caleb’s life. He followed God wholeheartedly and God gave him the strength to fight and win in the battle. This dream came true when Caleb was 85 years old. Finally, Hebron became his possession (Joshua 14:7-13).

God never allows our dreams to come true without us experiencing a “process”. God helps us to reach our dreams according to His will and His timing. Let’s dream together with God and we will reach for the great and mighty things.

Age is not a barrier for us to reach for the dreams God gives us.
