DAY 1 OF 25

Take a minute and think about a typical day in your life. For many of us, our time is spent balancing family schedules, work commitments, community involvement, and personal development — all the things the world tells us we need to do to live a fulfilled life. But if we’re really honest with ourselves, we probably feel like we’re failing at one thing or another. We sacrifice a work project to make more time for our family, or we put off helping our neighbors with yardwork to finish the self-help book we hope will change our lives. There are so many things pulling us in so many different directions that it’s easy to see our spiritual lives fall by the wayside.

We know God needs to be the priority, and we know we need to make time for our relationship with God — but we don’t quite know what to sacrifice to make it work. But without a connection with God, no life can ever be truly fulfilled. Spending time with our Savior is never a waste or distraction, and instead of taking time away, being firm in our relationship with God helps put everything else in our lives into focus. Today, commit to setting aside a specific time in the day to connect with God. This can be in the morning before you start your day or in the evening to end it in the best way possible.

Day 2

About this Plan

Everyday

When it comes to our relationship with God, habits can take on a huge role. They can work to help us stay consistently connected to Him, or become distractions that keep our minds focused on what we want and not on what God wants for our lives. We’ll take a look at how being consistent with our spiritual habits helps us maintain a close relationship with our Savior.
