DAY 1 OF 8

THE GOSPEL IS FOR ALL NATIONS

Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? Romans 2:4

Paul declared that God had called him and sanctified his life to be an evangelist of Christ. Similarly, God calls and sanctifies us for the same purpose. Through Paul's letter to this Roman church, he has affirmed that the Gospel is not only for the Jewish people, but by God’s grace, the Gospel is for everyone.

The Gospel explains the Father's message of salvation to the world, that Jesus Christ is the Savior, and of the power of the Holy Spirit for the believers. In fact, the Gospel was prophesied in the Old Testament, the Gospel of Truth, concerning the work of salvation and redemption by God the Father.

However, some people accept the Gospel of Truth and some others reject it. For those who believe the gospel, they will receive His power and His heavenly riches. While those who reject the gospel, their minds will become dark.

As believers who accept the gospel, how should we see those who do not believe or who reject the gospel? God asks us not to judge them. That judgment belongs to God. We are human beings who can still fall into mistakes. We should be patient with them, as God gave them the opportunity to repent and turn to the true God.

For those who believe the gospel, they will receive His power and His heavenly riches.
