Pray for Him - 5 Days of Prayer for the Salvation of Friends and FamilySýnishorn
Recently, my son did the bean experiment at home, which consists of placing a bean between wet cotton balls to cause it to germinate. However, he faced challenges in this process. On the first attempt, there was extra water and the beans did not germinate. On the second attempt, the sun dried the cotton and the plant did not grow. Despite doing everything correctly on the third attempt, the plant did not sprout.
This experience reminded me of the apostle Paul's words to the Corinthians: "I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth" (1 Corinthians 3:6).
Our job is to preach the Gospel, but it is God who transforms hearts. Sometimes the hearts of those who are lost can be hardened in the deepest darkness. Only God, through his Holy Spirit, can shatter those hardened hearts and allow the light of Christ to shine for them.
In moments of discouragement or frustration, let us remember that our responsibility is to sow the Gospel seed, while trusting that God is the one who produces growth in each person. Let us continue to share the Word with love and pray for those who have not yet experienced the transformative work of God in their lives.
Today pray for your Andrés Plan list as follows: "God... Touch their heart, remove all distractions, let your Word be like a ray of sunshine, let their life be enlightened, the darkness exterminated, and let the blind see the Savior who redeems them."
About this Plan
"Pray for Him" has been created with the purpose of strengthening our prayer life and helping us intercede for the salvation of our friends and family. Each day, we will delve into the Word of God to understand His will and His desire for all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth.
