DAY 3 OF 20

Germaphobes beware—one of the dirtiest and most germ-filled items can be found in your very own wallet. According to Time magazine, the paper bills we hold and use daily can be filled with bacteria and germs that we’d all want to avoid. And yet, no one would ever turn down a physical $100 bill. No matter how dirty or disgusting, that $100 bill would still be worth $100. No amount of dirt or germs can alter its value.

When God looks at His children, He sees us as having a never-ending value. We’re priceless to Him. We are His own creation who He loves, with a love that we could never truly comprehend. No matter what we say or do, we don’t lose our value in the eyes of God. Isn’t that amazing? You are priceless. God, our Father, values you more than anything. Take a second and let that sink in. It may feel silly at first, but go to a mirror and say out loud to yourself: “God thinks that I’m priceless.” Challenge yourself to remind yourself of this every day this week. What could change in your life if you continually believed that God sees you as priceless?

About this Plan

He Is

Getting to know someone takes time. It’s the same with our relationship with God. God doesn’t just want us to know facts about Him or only speak to Him through prayers sporadically said throughout our lives. God wants us to have a relationship with Him based on us knowing who He is. We will walk together through Scriptures that are filled with descriptions of God’s attributes and promises to help us know Him more.
