Living in God's PresenceSýnishorn
Living in God’s presence is about your daily life.
“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31)
A life that honors God is not defined by religious duties. It is not limited to church services or times of worship. It is about all of your life, including ordinary things like eating, drinking, doing household chores, or raising children. Living in God’s presence is not primarily about specific things we do or do not do, but about our mindset in everyday life.
We can enjoy the food God gives us with thankfulness—or we can take it for granted.
We can do the duties of the day in a spirit of adoration and gratitude to God—or we can ignore Him.
We can do our work to the best of our ability—or we can waste our talents.
The Lord gave all of us a job or a task in life. For some, this may be in full-time missionary service. For others, it may be to drive a taxi or to be a teacher in primary school. We can do this work to God’s glory, doing our best while being aware of His presence in our lives. Such a life honors the Lord.

About this Plan
Being a Christian is about reading your Bible, praying to God, and attending church services, right? Yes, it is, but there is much more. As a Christian, you live coram Deo, before God. You continually live in His presence. You live under His authority and to His glory. This reading plan explains how you can walk with God every day of your life.
