A Glimpse of Infinity (Northern Lights Edition) - 7 Days of Photography & PrayersIhe Atụ
Introduction to This Series
As an avid photographer who loves taking photos of God’s majestic creation, seeing the northern lights (also known as the aurora borealis) is a special privilege, especially in my neck of the woods. I don’t live in the great North, where people get to see them all the time. My residence (London, Ontario, Canada) is located to the south of major cities like Portland (Oregon, USA), Rochester (New York, USA), and Florence (Italy).
As such, I’ve taken a particular interest in chasing the lights at lower latitudes and have written numerous articles to help people see this marvelous work of God for themselves. In this Northern Lights Series, I hope you can take in God’s splendor through Scripture, photographs, and prayer. As the Psalmist writes, “Be exalted, O Lord, in Your strength! We will sing and praise Your power.” (Psalm 21:13). He is worthy to be praised!

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Almighty God, the heavens declare Your glory, and the skies proclaim the work of Your hands (Psalm 19:1). Your dominion is an everlasting dominion, and Your kingdom endures from generation to generation. All the earth’s inhabitants are accounted as nothing, and You do according to Your will among the host of heaven and the earth’s inhabitants. None can stay Your hand or say to You, “What have You done?” (Daniel 4:34b-35). Cause us to give You glory today, and may Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
ONE QUESTION
What are some practical ways I can encourage others to acknowledge God's glory, trust in His sovereignty, and seek His will?
