Just Too Young
I'm sure you've heard that phrase a thousand times growing up. You're too young to understand, too young to wear that, too young to be in love, and the list could go on for hours. But what if I told you that being "Just Too Young" was a blessing, an advantage even? What if I told you that you're actually in the best place you could be, to get to the life you desire in the future?
You see, you're not "Just Too Young" because you lack wisdom or are incapable of success.
You're too young because you can't afford to ignore the tools available to you to do things differently than those before you.
You're too young for reckless dating because God would rather you wait and date with purpose when He says it's time.
You're too young for sex. Sex is beautiful, but in the context of marriage, and God is aligning you with the best spouse for you as you journey ahead.
You're too young to go there and do that because going there and doing that may create danger and take you off the course God has set for you.
Where God is directing you, you can't afford any detours, delays, or distractions. So, you're not "Just Too Young" because of your age; you're "Just Too Young" because of the GREATNESS and PURPOSE that resides inside of you.
1 Timothy 4:12 reminds us that being young is not to be looked down upon, but that at a young age, we can be the example. With everything going on in our world, we can be examples and create the change we want to see. In this plan, we'll discuss how the Speech, Behavior, Love, Faith, and Purity of a young person can be the example the world needs to see.
