Millennial Kingdom Leaderનમૂનો
The Leader has Integrity
Leadership is complete and incorruptible - not influenced for personal gain nor dishonest - throwing a team member under the bus to look good.
As we strive to be more like Jesus in our leadership, we have to remember Jesus was the same today, yesterday, and forever. He was constant and consistent; saying what He meant and meaning what He said. Most importantly, Jesus does what He says He will do.
The Greek transliteration of integrity is adiaphthoria, meaning incorruptibility and soundness. We find it in Titus 2:7. In Hebrew, the transliteration for the word integrity is tom and means completeness and fullness, we find it Proverbs 28:6.
In the English language "integrity" is defined as:
- the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness:
- the state of being whole and undivided.
It takes time to build trust but a moment to lose it. A leader must be able to display integrity in pursuit of vision, because it is more important to be trustworthy than at top of the food chain. Strive to show integrity in the marketplace and at church so you can be easy to do business with.

About this Plan
A millennial kingdom leader has a well-outlined vision, the ability to communicate the vision and the anointing to leverage vision to transform lives. In today's culture, the idea of leadership has been distorted by social popularity, where the filter of image gains followers ' so ignore them. They are blind guides leading the blind, and if one blind person guides another, they will both fall into a ditch. ' Matthew 15:14. In this eight day devotional we'll learn that the core of a leader influences the spirit of the people, we'll outline biblical qualifications for a leader, identify leadership characteristics that are displayed throughout the Bible, and prepare the next generation of leaders. A leader's main objective is to reproduce more leaders whether in the church or in the marketplace. To be effective in your role as leader, you have to bear fruit - that process starts from within.
