This is not the end!

"That's it, I’ll never get out of this mess! I'll never live up to all the expectations!"

If those are your thoughts right now, I’ll have to tell you one thing: "You're right!"

Because you may currently not be able to come up with a clever solution using common sense alone. You need to look at your situation through God’s eyes.

Elisha was surrounded by the king's troops in the middle of the night and his servant ran to him in despair: "Oh, master! What shall we do?" (2 Kings 6:15 MSG), do you know how Elisha reacted?

He reassured his servant, saying: “Don’t worry about it—there are more on our side than on their side.” (2 Kings 6:16 MSG) I'm sure the servant first exclaimed: "But I don't see any of these!"

“Then Elisha prayed, ‘O God, open his eyes and let him see.’” The eyes of the young man were opened, and he saw. A wonder! The whole mountainside was full of horses and chariots of fire surrounding Elisha!” (2 Kings 6: 17 MSG)

You may not see it, but God is always fighting for you!

You may currently be surrounded by expectations, to-do lists, and problems that exceed your capacity. Maybe you are even struggling with severe identity issues that cause you to make unhealthy choices concerning your body.

Ask God to open your eyes to realize that the problem is not that you are surrounded, but that you are focusing on your problems and these thoughts you’re having about yourself!

Behind the problems that you are perceiving, there’s a powerful God that wants to be trusted!

For behind these problems and insecurities you perceive, there is a whole army of godly wisdom, solutions, answers and help waiting for you!

And there’s only one thing that will help you. The truth: “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32 NKJV)

I am praying that God will open your eyes to see His truth, just like He opened the eyes of Elisha’s servant!

You are enough. And everything you need is within reach, when you reach out to God.

You are a miracle!
