This is probably not what you expected…

May I introduce myself in the most personal way?

My dad lovingly calls me “the holy catastrophe,” ha-ha. And he’s right. Looking at my life, I should be anywhere but where I am today!

I have a past of seven years of threatening eating disorders. I should have died—but I didn’t. After finally having come out of this, I was given knockout drops, and I was raped. I wanted to die—but I didn’t.

Years later I dreamed about our wedding and did not realize that I had ended up in a very unhealthy relationship, where I experienced emotional abuse. I was replaced before the wedding and had to watch another woman wear the ring only a few weeks later. I got so depressed as my life fell apart that I wanted to die—but I didn’t.

So, this is me, and maybe this is your story, too! But do you know who I have become because of my story and because I have seen God at work so mightily through it?

I am someone who believes that the impossible can become possible!

Our stories might look similar, even more so if our God is the same God! Therefore, the same miracles are possible for you, too! (see Hebrew 13:8 NKJV)

God didn’t bring you this far to leave you, even if you can’t yet see it that way today! When He says, “I am with you always” (Matthew 28:20 NKJV), it's absolutely true!

There's a miracle in every single one of your wounds! I know this for certain, as I surely can say:

“O Lord, You have brought up my soul from the grave; You have kept me alive!” (Psalm 30:3 MEV)

And this is what he wants to do for you, too! While you might be waiting for your miracle today, God wants to give you peace that is here to stay!

I am praying for you!
