Praying for Friends in Need: A 5-Day Study by Asheritah Ciuciuનમૂનો
THOSE WHO ARE SICK
“Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved,
for you are the one I praise.”
JEREMIAH 17:14
RECITE GOD’S GOODNESS
Creator of Heaven and Earth, You are the One who made us and sustains us—
every cell in our bodies must submit to Your sovereign will. One word from
You and the sick are healed and the dead come to life! Nothing is impossible
with You!
EXPRESS YOUR NEEDINESS
Lord, like the friends of the paralytic lowered through the roof, I bring to You
my friend who’s battling this sickness. I cannot help her, but You can. Do what
only You can do, Lord. Bring healing to her body, health to her bones, peace to
her heart, and restoration to her soul.
SEEK HIS STILLNESS
Picture yourself carrying your friend to Jesus. Imagine His response to her . . . to you.
What does God want to say to you? Let His presence flow over you and fill you with
His peace.
TRUST HIS FAITHFULNESS
Lord God, You who know the very number of hairs on our heads—help us
trust You even in these unexpected times. You know how much we long for
physical healing, but we trust You to do what is best. May Your will be done in
our lives here on earth, as it is in heaven.
