Step out beyond what people think is normal.

God has set us apart. There's something you have that no one else does. Do not let the devil deceive you or try and let these impurities corrupt the beautiful creation God has made in you. Too many are held back and melted into looking similar due to the devil's crafty schemes to chain people to an impure, tainted vision of themselves.

From creation, we are set apart. He has chosen us to be a unique treasure. The thing about gold is it loses its value when it becomes tainted, but pure gold there is nothing else like it. The devil wants to deceive us into thinking our value is diminished because of the impurities, but to believe that would be to elevate our sin over God's grace. Jesus, our Savior, didn't go through what he went through to keep us feeling tainted or devalued. No, we are God's special treasure. Today, be encouraged that Jesus would have come even if you were the only one to save. 

Through what Jesus has done, he has restored us and redeemed us to be a new creation each day.

Lord, thank you for redeeming me through your love shown in sending Jesus to rescue me. I break every lie from the devil that would leave me feeling tainted and devalued. I pray your Holy Spirit would breathe life into my soul and restore my identity and purity. In Jesus' name, Amen.
