How we start and end our day has a significant affect to our physical being. If you wake up and immediately look to the breaking news, listen to the gossip column or, dive straight into a verbal row, it is not worth that you subsequently fill your body with. Instead it is that of worthlessness. You could say that it sets one back from living life to the full.

Make the Word your priority as you begin and end each day because just as starting on the front foot instills a life founded in rest, so does closing your day bring physical rest to the body during sleep. Try it.

Prayer: 

”Thank you, Lord. I receive more of you today. I receive more of your perspective, rest and your Spirit today. Thank you, Lord!”
