Physical rest is essential for functioning at an optimal level, and one simple way to ensure that happens day to day is with routine. Waking, eating, exercising, pausing, working and sleeping are collectively important. God gave you a sound mind to work with these important interactions!

Thank God, for the times in your life when you have truly rested. Consider your daily patterns and ask God to give you boldness where changes are needed, or peace where things are good. Take 15 minutes to consider any areas for improvement. Invite God’s Spirit to be your continual source of purpose, strength, and rest.
