The Triangle Of What Controls Youનમૂનો
Something I haven’t told you is that I wrote the structure for this triangle while in a hospital bed. Eight years after I had first spent so much time with the treasures found in Colossians 3, God brought the ideas back to me in a powerful new way when I needed them most.
The doctors had no idea what was wrong with me. I had no idea what was wrong with me.
All I knew was that God had a plan for my life which required me to (A) get better and (B) share what He was teaching me during this difficult time.
So I did exactly that, and you are reaping the fruit of His grace to me.
The final piece I want to give to you comes from a line Paul gives us in the middle of Colossians 3: “clothe yourselves with compassion.” There are many ways to interpret this verse, but for our purposes the message I want you to take away is this: be kind to yourself.
The triangle you now have is a product of many years and many experiences and may serve you to a point.
The triangle you want to build—one infused with the power of God’s truths and Christ’s freedom—will require more time and work than you might expect.
Don’t stop my friend. Accept the love God has for you right now, and never stop believing in what is possible.
God has more for you than you can possibly imagine and it is no coincidence that you have found this devotional at this time in your life.
Listen to His leading.
Change is possible.
Now is the time to take back control.
