Day 6: Confident Faith Pray with confidence! Confident faith in prayer is essential for any believer who wants to see the power of God manifest in their lives. As 1 John 5:14 reminds us, "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." This means that when we pray in faith, we can be confident that God hears us and will answer according to His perfect will. Mark 11:24 also encourages us to have confident faith in prayer. It says, "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." This verse reminds us that we must believe in our hearts that God will answer our prayers, even before we see the manifestation of the answer. When we pray with confident faith, we are acknowledging that God is all-powerful, and that nothing is impossible for Him. We are also acknowledging that we trust Him completely to answer our prayers in the best way possible. So let us approach God with confidence in prayer, knowing that He hears us, and that our faith in Him will be rewarded. Prayer: Dear Lord, I pray for an increase in faith as I come before You in prayer. Help me to believe that You are capable of answering my prayers according to Your perfect will. Strengthen my faith as I continue to seek You. In fact, even as I pray I believe that You are capable of answering my prayers according to Your perfect will.
