God’s Love is the foundational precept for everything in God’s Kingdom. Without His love, everything becomes a useless attempt to survive in our own strength. Because of its preeminence, love is the primary thing the enemy is seeking to steal from us and destroy in us. He knows if he can ensure our lives are grounded in something other than God’s love, he can ultimately destroy us.

Without the Love of God as our anchor, we’ll view opportunities, resources, and people through our natural understanding, rather than through the eyes of divine purpose. If we don’t let God’s love define who we are, by default, we allow others to define us. We place our roots in other ground. These replacements for the Love of God become the place we receive life, affirmation, fulfillment, and identity, ultimately leading us to a mirage rather than life in Christ. They produce fruit, but not the kind we desire. But when we learn to operate from a place of identity and design, God expands our opportunities and aligns us with everything we need to accomplish His plans and purposes for our life as we walk in His Love. All while leading us into maturity in Him.

As we embrace our connection with Christ, our hearts grow deep roots in His love. It increases our capacity to grow strong in the Lord and accomplish all He’s called us to in the Kingdom. We can accomplish infinitely more and experience lasting fulfillment when the love of God is operating in and through us. When we live from the position of being already loved, rather than performing for His love. As you place your roots in Him today, you will be empowered and sustained no matter the situation or season of life to live from His unconditional love.

“Father, thank you for your great love that was poured out for me through your son, Jesus. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to place the roots of my life in your love so that I may be grounded in your solid foundation. Open my eyes to the ploys of the enemy who seeks my destruction so that I may be aware of where my heart is planted I pray in Jesus’ name, amen.”
