Authority Lies Within Us
Jesus has already given us the authority to fight all principalities, powers and rulers of darkness and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven (Matthew 16:19). Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases (Luke 9:1).
Very few of us walk in this God-given authority. Our inability to see and perform miracles lies within us, but sometimes we don’t see ourselves the way God and the devil see us. The devil shudders at those who know who they are in Christ and take up that position. This is the reason why we don’t see miracles happen in our lives. If we believe rightly (according to the Word of God) then we will live or function rightly.
We are mostly scared, often fearful and always orphaned in our thoughts. We are waiting for God to move, when it’s the other way round. God is waiting and all of heaven is waiting for the sons of God to be revealed, for us to show forth ourselves as real men and women of God and act like the royalty God made us out to be.
We have to shake off self-pity (feeling sorry for ourselves and our situations), and get on with the confidence that if God is for us, who can be against us (Romans 8:31)?
All of heaven empowers us when we act like sons of royalty, which is who we really are! Then there is nothing stopping us from seeing prayers answered in a jiffy and soaring over every circumstance.
Prayer
Lord, this day, help us see, believe, act and behave like sons of royalty to see ourselves walk as You did on earth. Let us not wait any longer for You to move, but help us to move ourselves toward where You want us to go. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

About this Plan
It is our prayer that it will reveal to those who don’t know Jesus Christ, that there is a Creator and Maker of this universe, the only loving and powerful God who longs for a personal relationship with every human being. We pray that these daily readings will remind us all of the great hope and abundant joy in knowing Jesus Christ, through whom we have eternal life!
