Worship his Goodness
Psalm 104:24, 33-34
“How many are your works, O Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures…I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. May my meditation be pleasing to him, as I rejoice in the Lord.”
God’s goodness surrounds us as we consider creation and his re-creation of our lives. God is good. Every work he has done is good. Meditating on God’s goodness calls forth worship; worship that is grateful and is expressed through all that we do. Our work and our rest are expressions of worship when they are offered to God, with gratitude and praise. Our meditations and private thoughts are the inner sanctuary of the temples of our lives, and worship must never stop in that holy place.
Lord Jesus, you are good and all you do is good. I worship and love you this day and live for your glory.
