Kids Can Fight Fear

DAY 8 OF 8

When I’m afraid I’ll fail, God will help me.

Failing is a part of life. We all might miss the mark from time to time. But there’s good news! When we fail, we can learn from our mistakes. God does not send us away when we are weak. Instead, He pulls us closer so that He can give us strength. With God’s help, we can be all he made us to be.

One wonderful gift that never fails is God’s love for us!

Watch the video, then use the Bible verse Isaiah 41:13 NIV to have a Treasure Hunt. It will help you remember that God wants to see you succeed!

Treasure Hunt

1. Get a piece of paper, some scissors, and something to write with.

2. Write the whole Bible verse of Isaiah 41:13 on the paper. Leave big spaces in between each word.

3. Cut the words apart with scissors and hide them around the room.

4. Ask family or friends to look for all the words and put them back together in order.

Talk It Over: When you fail at something, what helps you try again?
