Be for Realنموونە

Have you ever known someone who seemed to always stir up drama or talk behind other people’s backs? Being around that kind of negativity can feel draining and tense. But think about how different it feels when you’re with someone who chooses kindness and encourages others—it brings peace and joy. Proverbs reminds us that gossip can break apart even the closest friendships. You might have seen this happen in your friend group. Gossiping may seem harmless, but it often leads to hurt and mistrust. Following Jesus means choosing a different path, one that focuses on kindness and respect.
This week, try to build others up in your conversations. When you're with friends or family, choose to speak with kindness and avoid gossip.
