7 Reasons to Love God's Wordنموونە

Reason 2: Spirit and Life
Do you ever feel get so tired and burned out that you need an infusion of life? If so, God’s Word is the life-giving infusion for which you’ve been waiting!
God’s Word will infuse you with spirit and life when you read and absorb it.
Jesus taught us this in John 6:63 when He said “The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:63 NKJV). Therefore, if you’re feeling tired, discouraged, blue, or even completely dead inside, read the words of Jesus. And since all of Scripture is God-breathed, that means you can read the whole Bible—and it will be spirit and life to you!
Where should you begin to read if you need that infusion of life?
I recommend the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. You don't have to read them in order, and you don't even have to read them from beginning to end! Just open the Book and find a place that looks interesting to you, and begin reading there!
Even if you're tired, the words that God speaks will re-fire your soul.
God's Word will fill you with His fresh breath for your spirit. I have always found that reading the Scriptures will give you physical energy and motivation for your body as well!
Basically, God’s Word will fill you with His Spirit and life, and with His hope and joy. It will give you the courage to go on.
