Following Christ requires sacrifice. Jesus Himself tells us we are to “deny ourselves” and “pick up our cross” in order to follow Him (Luke 9:23). He challenges us to look outside of our own lives and ourselves and look to His Kingdom. Setting aside our own agendas, personal preferences, boundaries, and stipulations, and to serve believer and non-believer alike. Rami is one such faithful brother.

He brought Mohammad and his family refugee relief supplies, took Mohammad and his wife to the hospital, and found donors to pay for a surgery Mohammad’s wife needed! All this despite Mohammad’s palpable and glaring hatred for Rami.As a family, united by Christ we should all be working together to serve His purposes. Our unity in Christ and the Truth of the Word of God should be evident and we should always make efforts to be united as a family.

Praying for one another and for each other’s ministry that God would always be glorified and that Jesus would be known. Prayers are so important in our fellowship with each other, especially with our brothers and sisters in other countries. We are all living for the same goal: that Christ would be glorified.How can you encourage and pray for the brothers and sisters around you and in other countries?
