Experience your "aha" moment!

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12, NKJV)

How many times have you read this verse? How many times has it made you feel slightly better because it triggered an "aha moment" in you? Perhaps it helped you begin to understand the "why" behind your situation.

How often has the enemy gotten you all up in arms? Be confident to say, "Aha! If that's the enemy trying to fight me again, I'm going to show him who already has the victory in my life!" "...This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith." (1 John 5:4, NIV)

What does this mean for you? If you're discouraged today, maybe for no reason, and you're wondering why your mood is in the basement, you're bombarded by negative thoughts that you can't seem to control, and your self-worth has reached an all-time low, then…you are in a spiritual battle!

Let me encourage you in the midst of your struggle from my own experience. This battle is a very good sign, for the devil wouldn't fight if it wasn't worthwhile!

Your life is valuable! You have great worth! Your giving is valuable, too, because what you have to give is precious.

Please don't let anyone take away what you have to give!

Here's my encouragement to you: Defeat the enemy by reminding him of the victory that Jesus has already accomplished for you! Once again, the Bible promises you that "...This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith." (1 John 5:4, NIV)

When your faith is strong and you have firm confidence that Jesus has already won the war for your soul, it will remind the devil of the defeat he still faces. He knows he has no chance against your Jesus!

Say out loud: "I believe today is going to be another amazing day! I rejoice in this day!"

You are a miracle!
