Book of Revelation

DAY 5 OF 6

THE DARKNESS AND THE LIGHT

Revelation 3:20

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.

The Bible says that all who have come to believe in Jesus Christ the Savior are called the children of light. Why? Because Jesus Christ is the light of the world and these people have invited Jesus to come into their lives. The light is in every believer.

Darkness can only be cast out or defeated with light. If you are in a dark room, what are you going to do to cast out the darkness? Wouldn’t you turn on the light?

The book of Revelation writes about the fall of Babylon- which predicts the kingdom of the dark world will surely collapse. Further, any system of the world that is not in line with the truth will surely disappear. Nowadays many young people have been ruined by the evil world system through the media.

All believers were formerly bound by this world and stay in the kingdom of darkness before repentance.  When the first man, Adam, fell into sin in the Garden of Eden, all human beings in the world became the captives of darkness. By the love of God, we are transferred to the kingdom of light. Jesus Christ knocks at the door of every human’s heart. When that individual opens the door, he will then be able to receive His light: Jesus Christ, the light of the world.

Come out of Babylon, come out of the darkness, receive the light of Christ and never go back to the darkness because the light cannot be united with the darkness.

Jesus Christ knocks on the door of every human being's heart. When a person opens the door, he will then see that there is new life in His light.
